Karen joined the Paragon team in 2005 and become our Director in 2008. On Karen’s rare days off you can find her running around the state with Ultrain, completing jigsaw puzzles or spending time with her Grandson Sebastian. For all your business advisory requirements Karen is the person to see!
Angela joined the Sheffield office in 1990. In between work and her volunteer hats she enjoys family time on the East Coast, papercraft and good conversation with friends. For all your tax, super and GST needs Angela can be found in our Sheffield office on a Thursday and in Ulverstone the rest of the week.
Maryanne has been a part of the Paragon family for over 30 years. During this time Maryanne has seen many changes but one thing has remained the same, her enthusiasm and desire to get the best results for our clients. Along with tax and accounting work Maryanne is our auditor for all associations small or large. Outside of work Maryanne is a big part of the Devon Netball Association and enjoys spending time with her family (fur babies included).
Katrina started as Bryan Smith's PA back in 2004 in Sheffield. She is now our Business Manager and works out of our Ulverstone office. In her spare time, Katrina can normally be found bingeing a series on Netflix or chauffeuring her two sons here, there, and everywhere.
Andrew joined the Paragon team back in 2014 as a trainee accountant. Andrew works closely with our Director, Karen Gambles, on all jobs big and small. When he’s not at work Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and 5-year-old son, Sebastian.
Karen became part of the Paragon family in November 2009. In the years since she has been with us her initial role as Workflow Manager has significantly changed and she is now our Cloud Solutions specialist. Along with being a Xero certified advisor she is also Xero payroll and migration certified. When she hasn’t got her head in the cloud, she loves shopping, shoes and drinking champagne!! You can never have too many pairs of shoes!!
Sam joined the Paragon family back in 2013 as Workflow Manager, she has since changed roles and for the past 2 years has been working with several our clients in a bookkeeping capacity. Away from the office Sam and her husband Mark love spending time with their children Jorja and Oscar in the great outdoors
Niki joined the Paragon team in May 2021 to assist our Director with anything and everything. Niki quickly found a passion for bookkeeping and is currently working onsite 3 days a week with one of our clients in Rocherlea and spending the other 2 days in our Launceston office. Away from the office, Niki enjoys painting miniatures and playing D'n'D with friends.
In 2008 Renee joined the team as Receptionist in our Sheffield office. Over the years Renee's role has changed and evolved, and she is now based in our Ulverstone office managing our Workflow. Her days off are spent planning the next big caravanning holiday with her family and running around after her 5-year-old daughter Evie.
Diane has been a part of the Paragon team since 2001. Over the years Diane has thoroughly enjoyed building relationships with our amazing clients - this has certainly helped to keep her coming back year after year and gives her an excuse to drive her Mustang.
Sharon is the newest member to join our team, and started with us in September 2021 as a welcomed addition to our bookkeeping department. For the past 30+ years Sharon has worked in business administration and over 20 years in the dairy and liquor industry. On her days off Sharon enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters.
