Karen joined the Paragon team in 2005 and become our Director in 2008. On Karen’s rare days off you can find her running around the state with Ultrain, completing jigsaw puzzles or spending time with her Grandson Sebastian. For all your business advisory requirements Karen is the person to see!
Angela joined Paragon in 1990. She enjoys family time on the East Coast, papercraft and good conversation with friends. For all your tax, super and GST needs Angela can be found in our Sheffield office most Wednesdays and in Ulverstone the rest of the time.
Andrew joined the Paragon team back in 2014 as a trainee accountant. In the years since, he has gained varied experience from working closely with our Director, Karen Gambles, on all jobs big and small. In recent times, Andrew has branched out his area of expertise to include audit. When he’s not at work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
Diane has been a part of the Paragon team since 2001. Over the years Diane has thoroughly enjoyed building relationships with our amazing clients - this has certainly helped to keep her coming back year after year and gives her an excuse to drive her Mustang.
Karen became part of the Paragon family in November 2009. In the years since she has been with us her initial role as Workflow Manager has significantly changed and she is now our Cloud Solutions specialist. Along with being a Xero certified advisor she is also Xero payroll and migration certified. When she hasn’t got her head in the cloud, she loves shopping, shoes and travelling. You can never have too many pairs of shoes!!
Kat joined the Paragon team in July 2023 as Karen's Personal Assistant. She loves being organised and multi-tasking is a must for her. Away from the office, Kat loves her running and likes to get away with her husband and 2 dogs in the caravan relax with a good book.
Katrina is our Business Manager who joined the team as Bryan Smith's PA back in 2004, and has spent most of her working life in administration. Katrina is as organised as they come and is always on hand to help out. In her spare time, Katrina enjoys walking, watching a good series on Netflix and spending time with family and friends.
Maryanne has been a part of Paragon for over 35 years and has seen many changes over that time. Maryanne enjoys working with our clients to get the best result possible. In addition to tax and accounting work Maryanne does audit work for large and small non profit organisations. Outside of work Maryanne likes to spend time on a variety of craft activities and quality time with her family.
Melissa joined our busy team as Receptionist in July 2023, and is enjoying interacting and helping our wonderful clients on a daily basis. Away from work Melissa loves spending time in her garden.
Niki joined the Paragon team in May 2021 to assist our Director with anything and everything, while studying her Bachelor of Business (Accounting), and quickly found a passion for bookkeeping. Since graduating early in 2024, Niki now splits her time between bookkeeping and accounting, with an interest in tax compliance for Self Managed Super Funds. Away from work, Niki has a large collection of board games which she enjoys playing with her husband and son.
Sam joined the Paragon family back in 2013 as Workflow Manager, but for the past 6 years has been working with several our clients in a bookkeeping capacity. Away from the office Sam enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
